The Government
and the
Children Lost in the SYSTEM!

Glossary
of Terms
Humor has it's base in truth.
Hold: This is the term used
when you have no one to assign a child to as downsizing
was invented by the Government.
Shelf: This is a term for children who are lost
in the system and have been placed anywhere until someone
can get to their case (if ever).
Place: This is when you put a child where ever
he or she will cause you the least problems.
FSP: This stands for Family Service
Plan. A plan is where the Government decides how to
continue rescuing the child in their best interest and
not the childs.
Family Court: This is the place where chaos is at
its finest and almost all Judges lay themselves
helpless to the dictation of Health and Human Services.
Special Needs: This term is placed on every child that
hits the system. It helps the funding stream and excuses
the Social workers when they fail to succeed with a child
and their family.
Rehabilitate: This is when you try to REhabilitate
someone who has never been habilitated??
Special Education
Schools: This is
your tax dollars being washed down the drain, as there is
no education going on, at best this is a baby sitting
service, most poorly run and unsupervised by the school
districts.
Childline:This is a place for misguided Social
Workers to disassemble a family from the confines of
their Coven, where they go on witch hunts looking to prey
on the confusion of children to succeed in their belief
that almost all children would be better off if the
Government brought them up.
Visitation: This is where the parent gets to
visit with their child in a poorly supervised environment
and at best leaves the child more confused every visit as
they try to sort through their feelings for their foster
family and their birth family.
Reunification: This is where a child is placed
back with the birth family, this happens when a child is
not manageable and the case worker is overworked.
Child
Support: Does
this subject need any explanation? I say give all child
support cases to woman Judges only!! And only woman
Judges who Brought up children and know the pain and
expense of bringing up a child.
Photo
Listings: These
are books that you can scan through looking for the
perfect child.??
Adoption
Information:
This is where you get to see the child under the best
of conditions and never told the real history of the
child. You learn after the child is placed in your home
for a trial visit, but you believe this will change after
the bonding.
Bonding: This is the misguided belief that
after you provide what the child does not have, the child
will appreciate and love you for it.
Open
Adoption: This
is where you meet the birth mother, go through the trials
of her pregnancy, take the child home and change your
name and move to another Country so she can not find you.
International
Adoption: This
is where you pay $20,000.00 to $50,000.00 for a child
that otherwise would have starved to death on the streets
of a Third World Country.
Adoption
Agency: These
are either private or Government run. Here is one area
where there is a toss up on who is worse. Bo not
misinterpret the fact that these people are in business,
and a business it is, and the commodity is children, and
they are obtained, negotiated about, merchandised,
shelved, dusted off and eventually sold. Of course like
any product some are not sold and are recycled back into
the system with an expiration date stamped to there
bottoms.
